Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification:
  • Matric with Science (Biology, Chemistry & Physics as compulsory subjects) OR Matric Arts as per HEC Notification No.8 (61)/A&A/2018/HEC/5998 dt. 06.04.2018.
  • Diploma in Nursing
  • Diploma in Midwifery (any Post Basic Specialty for males in lieu of midwifery)
• Experience: 01 year as RN
  • Matric with Science (Biology, Chemistry & Physics as compulsory subjects) OR Matric Arts as per HEC Notification No.8 (61)/A&A/2018/HEC/5998 dt. 06.04.2018.
  • Diploma in Nursing
  • Diploma in Midwifery (any Post Basic Specialty for males in lieu of midwifery)

Documents to be submitted:

A candidate, who is eligible for admission, must submit attested copies of the following documents:

1. SSC or Equivalent Foreign Qualification Certificate (one copy).
2. PNC Registration Card.
3. Diploma in General Nursing.
4. Diploma in Midwifery for Female Candidate.
5. Diploma in any Specialty for Male Candidate.
6. CNIC/Form B of the Candidate (Two copy).
7. CNIC of Father/Spouse/Guardian (one copy).
8. Eight Recent Passport Size Color Photographs.
9. NOC from Employer / Experience Certificate from Employer.
10. FF Employees to provide Service Certificate duly Signed / Certified by the Relevant FF Authority.
    Photocopy of Domicile.

• It does not include the final year project, examination fees, and any traveling fees.
• All documents / transcripts will be checked at the time of admission.
• Any incorrect/false information submitted by the applicant or any attempt to hide information will lead to disqualification of the candidate.
