The Lady Health Visitor (LHV) Diploma program is two years long. The program is recognized by the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC), Islamabad, and it is affiliated with the Nursing Examination Board, Punjab. Lady health visitors (LHVs), as a specific cadre of health care providers, have existed in Pakistan since 1951. They provide a variety of services to urban and rural communities, including basic nursing care, maternal and child health services, and training of community workers.

Documents to be Submitted:

1. Matric pass certificate showing the date of birth.
2. Pass Certificate of FSc (Pre-Medical)
3. Marks sheet Matric / FSc (Pre Medical)
4. Character Certificate from the School / Institution last attended or from any notable.
5. Copy of CNIC OR Form-B
6. 08 passport-size photographs duly attested on the back.

• It does not include the final year project, examination fees, and any travel fees.
• All documents/transcripts will be checked at the time of admission.
• Any incorrect/false information submitted by the applicant or any attempt to hide information will lead to disqualification of the candidate.
