Healthcare Management

Introduction

Healthcare Management combines management principles with the operational realities of the healthcare sector. Students learn about healthcare organizations, hospital and clinic operations, healthcare economics, health policy, quality management, human resources, and risk management.

The program prepares students to understand both the administrative and service dimensions of healthcare. Through practical case-based learning and management-focused study, students build the skills needed to coordinate resources, improve organizational processes, and support effective healthcare delivery.
