Forensic Science

Introduction

Forensic Science applies scientific principles to the examination of evidence and the support of criminal investigations and legal processes. Students study areas such as forensic biology, toxicology, crime scene principles, evidence handling, analytical techniques, and scientific reporting.

Through practical learning and case-based study, students develop attention to detail, laboratory discipline, critical thinking, and an understanding of how scientific evidence must be handled and interpreted. The program provides a foundation for careers and further study related to forensic laboratories, investigative support, scientific services, and research.
