The Lady Health Visitor (LHV) Diploma program is of two years. The program is recognized by the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC), Islamabad and it is affiliated with Nursing Examination Board, Punjab. Lady health visitors (LHVs), as a specific cadre of health care provider, have existed in Pakistan since 1951. They provide a variety of services to urban and rural communities, including basic nursing care, maternal child health services, and training of community workers.

Eligibility Criteria 

Applicant must meet one of the following academic level

• F.Sc. (Pre-Medical) with 45% marks minimum (Physics, Chemistry & Biology as compulsory subjects)
• Matric (Science) with 45 % marks minimum (Physics, Chemistry & Biology as compulsory subjects)

Age Limit: 14-35 Years

Documents to be Submitted:

1. Matric pass certificate showing the date of birth.
2. Pass Certificated of FSc (Pre Medical)
3. Marks sheet Matric / FSc (Pre Medical)
4. Character Certificate from the School /institution last attended or from any notable.
5. Copy of CNIC  OR Form-B
6. 08 Passport Size photographs duly attested from the back.

NOTE:

• It does not include the final year project, examination fees, and any traveling fees.
• All documents / transcripts will be checked at the time of admission.
• Any incorrect/false information submitted by the applicant or any attempt to hide information will lead to disqualification of the candidate.
